Responsibilities

Manage a book of business consisting of existing Marcolin USA Key accounts. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods
Aggressively seek out new business with current accounts. Focus is to expand account product selections in existing lines of business
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Leverage solution focused sales tools and processes to maximize growth with assigned accounts
Analyze customer information and business trends using data to expand business opportunities
Work closely with the Operations team to improve customer satisfaction, forecasting and inventory
Drives client meetings where necessary, utilize, strategize and exhaust all available information
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts
Self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload
Cultivate strong customer relationships and maintain high level of customer satisfaction with assigned accounts
He/she will manage select national accounts in order to deliver cohesive and collaborative programs, promotions, new items and schematic recommendations

Required

Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 1- 3 years of wholesale experience with relevant industry
Solid business analytics skills (Retail experience preferred)
Communicate effectively orally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail
Ability to follow through on assigned tasks
Microsoft Office / computer literate
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Travel up to 1-2 weeks per month
