Responsibilities
Own and support our core systems: ERP, WMS, EDI, networks, and devices
Manage our M365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, security & licensing)
Actively troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and keep systems humming
Automate repetitive ERP tasks and streamline processes wherever possible
Manage internal networks, security, backups, and disaster recovery
Handle IT onboarding/offboarding - accounts, access, hardware, the whole deal
Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and DC teams to solve problems fast
Manage vendors, upgrades, and hands-on IT projects
Keep clear, practical documentation so systems are easy to understand and support
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT, system administration, or IT project management
Strong experience with cloud ERP, EDI, networking, and security
Prior Microsoft 365 Admin experience
A problem-solver who prefers action over theory
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping in wherever needed
Clear communicator who works well across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Equivalent hands-on experience welcomed
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plus
