As a Product Owner for AdmissionCare, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of a product that aids clinicians in determining appropriate bed status at admission, collaborating with various teams to enhance product features and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AdmissionCare in alignment with platform strategy
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and executive leadership to identify market opportunities and set product priorities
Develop comprehensive business cases for major product initiatives, including success metrics, ROI projections, and resource requirements
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic product decisions
Serve as the voice of the customer, translating clinical needs into actionable product strategy
Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and design specifications
Create wireframes, design mocks, and prototypes to communicate feature requirements to stakeholders
Partner with technical leads and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions
Participate in quality assurance testing aligned with sprint and deployment cycles
Ensure all stakeholders have clear understanding of requirements and expected outcomes
Support new customer implementations and guide onboarding processes
Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues for existing customers
Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product roadmap
Analyze customer usage patterns and identify opportunities for product improvements
Build strong relationships with key clinical users and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
Ability to define and communicate product vision and roadmap
Experience in writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Technical acumen to partner with engineering teams
Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research
Strong communication skills to serve as the voice of the customer
Ability to facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
Experience in customer support and success roles
Ability to analyze customer usage patterns and gather feedback
Preferred
Experience in healthcare technology or clinical decision support systems
Familiarity with EHR-integrated platforms
Experience in conducting customer interviews
Ability to create wireframes, design mocks, and prototypes
Experience in quality assurance testing
