Responsibilities
Define, communicate, and champion a clear technical vision within your domain
Break down complex technical challenges into actionable, scalable, and operational solutions
Ensure high standards of technical architecture, design quality, and implementation excellence
Act as a subject matter expert on system performance, scalability, reliability, and operability
Continuously expand technical expertise and share best practices across the engineering community
Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, prioritizing effectively to maximize business impact
Serve as a role model and mentor, strengthening technical capabilities across engineering and product teams
Decouple client-facing applications from core systems through modern interface and abstraction layers
Lead client migrations to a platform-agnostic GraphQL interface layer
Deliver automation and tooling to accelerate client onboarding and adoption of modern core platforms
Ensure seamless functionality and stability of applications and use cases following platform migrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering
5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or Node.js)
3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred
Master's degree
9+ years of overall software engineering experience
5+ years of experience building solutions on AWS
5+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud-native architectures
Experience working with event-driven systems and microservices-based architectures
