Responsibilities
Own and manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including processes, controls, and reporting
Lead projects, particularly those tied to acquisitions, system changes, and process improvements
Perform technical accounting research and analysis on various concepts and strategies
Evaluate, build, and improve accounting processes as the business continues to scale
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as operations, FP&A, legal, and systems
Take initiative to 'figure things out' in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs
Work independently on key areas while also collaborating closely with the broader accounting and finance teams
Receive training and support while gaining exposure across multiple areas of the organization
Qualification
Required
Manager-level experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national/regional firm preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and technical accounting concepts
Experience leading projects and managing processes in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable operating with a high level of ownership and accountability
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
