Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for established and new Enterprise Level customer relationships in coordination with Sales, and Production

Coordinate jobs from start to finish; prepare client estimate proposals, expedite jobs via electronic data collection

Facilitate the proofing/approvals process on/offsite

Procurement of outside goods and services

Consult with internal staff regarding progress of jobs

Know all assigned accounts thoroughly; establish and maintain organized and complete records for customer projects

Maintain a detailed technical knowledge of Salem Corp’s capabilities and constantly increase knowledge base on the changes and advances within the Printing Industry

Able to work independently, have good time management, planning/organization and decision-making skills

Possess strong communication skills, maintaining flexibility, objectivity and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Work with external customers and vendors that require occasional travel

Individual must be action oriented and self-motivated

Candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, problem solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required
