This role focuses on managing Cruelty Free International (CFI) certifications for raw materials and finished products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Manage annual and monthly CFI certification renewals with raw material suppliers
Review, validate, and follow up on certification documentation for accuracy and completeness
Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve missing or incorrect certification details
Partner with internal teams including R&I, Product Development, and DMI
Maintain and archive CFI documentation in internal systems (Milor+, Formulation Center)
Update and manage the CFI Monitoring System, ensuring data accuracy and certificate validity
Support CFI audits, including document preparation and corrective action follow-up
Utilize multiple internal scientific and compliance systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience working with raw materials, suppliers, or external partners
Proven experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemistry, General Science, Regulatory/Compliance, or related field
Experience with cruelty-free or product certification programs strongly preferred
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or consumer products
Experience supporting audits, compliance, or certification processes
