Required

Proficiency in CNC Programming, MasterCAM, and general programming skills
Experience with Machining, Milling, and other hands-on manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and the ability to interpret and apply blueprints and specifications
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and precision
Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with industry certifications
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Preferred

Associate degree or certification in CNC Programming, Machining, or a related field
