Responsibilities
Lead VA/VE initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and improve product functionality
Develop, implement, and maintain work measurement standards for manufacturing and assembly operations
Perform motion studies and line balancing to optimize labor efficiency and throughput
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement process improvements
Lead process improvement, facility transformation, and technology transfer projects
Validate production layouts for ergonomics, safety, and operational effectiveness
Apply international tools, methodologies, and best practices for process standardization
Utilize Standards Pro, LeanLine, or equivalent software for motion standards and line balancing
Calculate accurate labor requirements using MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique)
Document processes, standards, and procedures to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
MOST Certification (mandatory) with hands-on experience determining labor requirements
Strong experience with work measurement techniques and industrial engineering principles
Proficiency in Standards Pro, LeanLine, or similar motion study and line balancing tools
Demonstrated experience in VA/VE, cost reduction, and process optimization
Knowledge of ergonomics, safety standards, and lean manufacturing practices
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage facility transformation projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
