Responsibilities
Track and monitor progress for IT initiatives
Maintain project documentation, action logs, process maps, and communication briefs
Support IT leadership with risk identification and reporting
Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements
Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles
Draft user-centered change-management communication
Compile and analyze data from IT systems and tools
Prepare reports and dashboards
Assist with procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
Conduct research on technology, regulatory, and market trends
Analyze segments to identify opportunity areas
Prepare concise research briefs
Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools and industry data
Research organizations and leadership to qualify leads
Draft tailored outreach materials and prospect summaries
Maintain up-to-date CRM records
Gather market intelligence for marketing collateral
Monitor competitor offerings
Provide research-backed content support
Qualification
Required
3+ years in project coordination, operations, research, or similar roles
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role
Preferred
Experience in higher education, government, consulting, or professional services
Familiarity with CRM systems and research databases
Exposure to IT project management
Experience in preparing structured materials for strategic decision-making
