Automotive Sales Manager

Nissan City of Springfield is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. The role involves maximizing the sales team potential through training and leadership while ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Training, leading, and developing the sales staff
Provide the sales department with exceptional customer service
Help find new ways to create new customers and to keep the existing customers
Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Actively participate in creating Social Media Content including Video and Pictures
Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas
MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!

Required

Two years of automotive sales management experience
Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening
Strong negotiation skills
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
Ability to lead, and train
MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!
