Salesforce Pre-sales Director ( Banking BFSI & HLS)
BPO Recruit is seeking a Salesforce Pre-sales Director focused on the Banking and Financial Services sector. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients on the Salesforce platform, requiring extensive pre-sales experience in Banking/BFSI and strong relationship management skills with key stakeholders.

Must have pre-sales BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE
Looking for a dynamic presales specialist to manage a portfolio of clients powered by Salesforce platform, in a global service delivery model
This specialist should have spent a significant amount of time of their career in the Banking/BFSI portfolio, coaching teams and proactively developing relationships with executives and key client stakeholders to offer their expertise and partnership
10+ years of experience in a similar role as a client facing Solutions Architect/Business Analyst in Salesforce Banking Cloud/Sales/Service in Banking/BFSI
Strong in-depth experience in technical and functional skills in the following areas where the candidate must have worked on end-to-end Salesforce programs for at least two Banking/BFSI customers in US preferably with solutions such as:
Patient Hub Services for Banking
Omnichannel Marketing – HCP/Patient/Member
Patient/Member Contact Centers on Salesforce
Omnichannel HCP Engagement using Veeva/OCE Commercial CRMs
Excellent domain understanding of processes/journeys in payer/provider, Banking /CRO process maps, Banking/BFSI CRM processes
Experience in strategy, design, and delivery of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations, translating business and regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps, blueprint solutions, system/integration architectures
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
