Responsibilities
Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options for material orders and logistic challenges
Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy of material purchases and sales reporting
Support sales members by lending support to customers’ communications and orders
Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication
Processes purchase orders, adjustments, changes, invoices, and other related paperwork
Work closely with freight forwarders and custom brokers
Work cross functionally with accounting, management, sales, HQs, and external customers
Seeking out opportunities or process and procedure improvements
Direct inbound or outbound logistic operations, such as transportation or warehouse
Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service experience
Computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communications
Service-oriented mindset, focused on understanding and meeting customer needs while delivering timely solutions
Critical thinking skills, capable of analyzing issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions
Active listening skills, ensuring accurate understanding of customer concerns and effective response to inquiries or challenges
