Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
14+ years of experience in data science, with hands-on supply chain analytics experience
Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and time-series analysis
Strong knowledge of inventory management concepts (EOQ, safety stock, service levels)
Strong knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics
Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, stats models)
Proficiency in SQL
Experience working with real-world, noisy operational data

Preferred

Experience with optimization techniques (linear programming, heuristics)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Exposure to supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
