Responsibilities

Oversees maintenance of facilities (includes supervising and directing property management company work), landscaping, equipment, vehicles, etc. to ensure safety and proper working order (inspection, scheduling, written procedures, and activity logs)

Evaluates longer term needs in relation to major projects, property improvements, equipment, and assists in the preparation of the annual budget

Coordinates and leads planned projects with branch staff and their internal departments to ensure minimal disruption to bank operations

Proactively inspects buildings and other structures to evaluate functionality, safety, professional appearance, and needed repairs

Research vendors and contractors, solicits bids and quotes, and monitors performance and costs to ensure work is completed according to specifications and within budget

Demonstrates knowledge of building mechanical systems (including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, irrigation, alarms, elevators, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Facilities Management
