Talent Acquisition Specialist
Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full life cycle of recruitment for their manufacturing company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while leveraging ICIMS as the applicant tracking system and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize ICIMS to post job openings, manage applicant flow, and track candidates throughout the hiring process
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and local community resources
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings as required
Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruiting events to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports for tracking purposes
Subject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and Ajinomoto Food’s HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures, assisting the Ajinomoto Food health plan with day-to-day activities involving protected health information, including but not limited to, assisting with employee claims, coordinating benefits, determining health claim status, determining eligibility for coverage, budgeting and renewal, billing and collection activities, obtaining assistance from third-parties for plan functions, and any other duties delegated by the HIPAA Privacy or Security Officer
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role
Experience managing the full life cycle of recruitment
Proficiency in using ICIMS as an applicant tracking system
Ability to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Experience conducting thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews
Experience managing the interview process and coordinating schedules
Ability to conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings
Experience extending job offers and managing the negotiation process
Ability to coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruiting events
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
