Responsibilities
Design and maintain financial dashboards, models, and reports that highlight performance results, variances, and key operational metrics
Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Provide decision-support analysis and recommendations to operational and senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally to strengthen financial insight and business outcomes
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and improved data quality
Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within enterprise financial systems
Contribute to annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles
Ensure accurate classification and reporting of manufacturing and operational costs
Lead recurring internal and external financial reporting requirements related to industry benchmarking
Perform additional analytical or reporting tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline
Minimum of four years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A
Preferred
Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis
Experience working with enterprise financial systems, particularly SAP
Professional certification (CPA) or advanced degree (MBA) is an advantage
