Manage the delivery of team objectives and deliver the vision of the product
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to deliver seamless solutions
Improve the overall effectiveness of delivery for the team
Advance Delivery excellence by shaping best practices, enabling the adoption of Delivery methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Advise and coach others on Delivery methodologies while coordinating impediments, risks, and interdependence across product areas

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in delivery-oriented roles
Strong knowledge of Mainframes and distributed applications
Proficient in Mainframe technologies (DB2, VSAM, COBOL, JCL, CICS)
Preferred
PMP Certification
