Responsibilities

Design and deliver training that enables the customer to maximize the use of Liberty Rent. Training includes regularly scheduled live trainings and developing programs that support the client's LMS
Create and maintain high-quality PowerPoint decks for training and program overviews, ensuring brand consistency, message accuracy, and a consistent story across the team
Own and maintain a centralized enablement library (decks, one-pagers, process guides, FAQs), keeping versions current and ensuring materials are easy to find and use
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and properties by defining the standard workflow, ensuring required steps are completed, and monitoring timelines, handoffs, and quality checks
Supervise Sales Coordinators by setting priorities, assigning work, coaching process adherence, and ensuring service-level standards are met for day-to-day execution
Own events and trade shows end-to-end, including planning timelines, booth and collateral needs, shipment coordination, on-site logistics support, and post-event follow-up tracking
Partner with marketing to develop and maintain sales material strategy. Which materials should be sent as hard copies, PDFs, or housed on our portal, etc
Ensure operational alignment across sales activities by documenting standard operating procedures, creating repeatable workflows, and partnering with Sales leadership to implement improvements
Set standards and ensure compliance across the team with Zoho CRM usage (fields, stages, activity logging, data hygiene) and perform routine audits to maintain system integrity
Build and deliver operational reporting (training completion, onboarding progress, event outcomes, CRM compliance), surfacing trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Support to coordinate launches, messaging, process changes, and feedback loops that improve execution and partner experience

Required

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success operations, or a related function
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs and enablement materials for a sales or customer-facing team
Advanced PowerPoint (or equivalent) skills with the ability to build clear, executive-ready training decks and program overviews
Experience owning cross-functional operational processes (e.g., onboarding workflows, event execution, communications coordination)
Proficiency with CRM tools and governance; Zoho CRM experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to set standards, drive adoption, and enforce compliance with tools and processes across a team
People leadership experience, including supervising and developing coordinators or similar roles
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Experience supporting multifamily property management, proptech, fintech, or occupancy-focused solutions
Familiarity with sales process design, pipeline stages, and revenue reporting concepts
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel pivots/dashboards)
Event marketing or trade show management experience, including vendor coordination and logistics
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field
