Responsibilities
Perform motion studies and line balancing to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes
Develop, implement, and maintain work measurement standards using MOST methodology
Lead VA/VE initiatives focused on cost reduction and process efficiency improvements
Analyze labor requirements and establish standard work content across mixed-model production lines
Support process optimization, facility layout validation, and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
Utilize Standards Pro, LeanLine, or similar industrial engineering software tools
Ensure manufacturing processes meet ergonomic, safety, and efficiency standards
Document processes, standards, and improvement initiatives for sustainability and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering discipline (required)
MOST Certification with hands-on experience determining labor standards (required)
Strong knowledge of work measurement techniques, motion study methods, and line balancing
Experience with VA/VE, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives
Proficiency with Standards Pro, LeanLine, or equivalent tools
Understanding of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, and safety standards
Ability to lead and support cross-functional manufacturing teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
