Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the branch
Managing staff
Ensuring operational efficiency
Maintaining customer satisfaction
Planning and coordinating branch activities

Qualification
Required
Team leadership and personnel management skills, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate staff
Strong organizational and operational management skills, including planning, scheduling, and maintaining inventory
Experience in sales, customer service, and fostering client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management systems and basic office software
Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the Zanesville, OH location
Preferred
Knowledge of industry-related products, such as gases, welding supplies, or industrial equipment, is a plus
