Senior Data Analyst, GTM
Xcede is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing Data team with a focus on Go-To-Market strategies. This role involves improving sales and marketing measurement, leading analyses that drive business decisions, and designing scalable data models to support analytics.
Responsibilities
Improve our sales & marketing measurement and optimization programs (e.g. incrementality tests, a/b tests, attribution and potentially media mix modeling)
Lead complex, high-visibility deep dives & analyses that drive business decisions and process or product improvements, particularly around our go-to-market motion
Be a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders by identifying opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights
Design and maintain scalable data models, decision tools, and analytics infrastructure (using BigQuery, dbt, and Omni) to empower self-serve analytics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrated experience in GTM, sales, revops and/or growth analytics
Proficiency in SQL is essential
Hands-on experience with data modeling best practices
Preferred
Familiarity with both digital and offline marketing
Knowledge of Python or R
Experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Omni, Hex, or equivalents)
