Better Business Bureau is committed to marketplace trust and serves 13 counties in Texas. They are seeking a Business Relations Specialist to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, promote BBB accreditation, and drive initiatives that enhance marketplace credibility.

Required

Strong Business Relations and Business Development skills to build and nurture partnerships with organizations effectively

Excellent Communication and Sales abilities with an emphasis on building trust, engaging with businesses, and promoting development initiatives

Experience with Training and mentoring to educate businesses about best practices and the benefits of BBB accreditation

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to local community-focused initiatives

Preferred

Previous experience in a client-facing or business-focused role is preferred
