Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy AI copilots to support professional workflows
Develop and refine RAG pipelines using domain-specific data
Own the full lifecycle of ML experiments, from prototyping to production
Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to design user-facing AI features
Contribute to internal AI infrastructure (e.g., eval systems, orchestration, observability)
Iterate quickly and independently, with executive support and minimal red tape
Qualification
Required
Experience in backend or systems engineering
Hands-on work with applied AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP)
Strong Python skills, distributed systems experience a plus
Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
Comfort owning AI/ML projects end to end
Preferred
Bonus: experience with evaluation frameworks or ML platform tooling
