In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting and administrative processes, helping ensure accurate financial records and smooth internal operations.

Responsibilities

Review accounting data for accuracy and completeness, assisting with the identification and correction of discrepancies as needed

Assist with basic inventory and operational tracking to support accurate internal reporting

Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers for services rendered and products sold

Maintain accurate financial records related to customer and vendor transactions

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and accounting, to ensure information is properly documented and communicated

Prepare, compile, and maintain reports and statements related to invoice activities

Communicate professionally with employees and customers to resolve invoice inquiries and issues

Perform additional clerical, administrative, and accounting support tasks as assigned to support departmental needs
