Responsibilities
Supervise and support case management staff, including coaching, performance evaluations, and workflow oversight
Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with agency policies, contracts, and regulations
Provide guidance on complex cases, crisis intervention, and client grievances
Oversee client intake, documentation standards, and case file reviews
Coordinate housing operations, including unit inspections, maintenance issues, landlord/vendor communication, and rental payment tracking
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with HMIS and reporting requirements
Participate in on-call rotation and provide backup crisis response
Support program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Represent the agency in community meetings and collaborative partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of program and staff management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Case Management Supervisory: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Experience in housing or homeless services
Knowledge of Housing First and trauma-informed care
HMIS experience
