Qualification
Required
6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and you can build products end-to-end (frontend + backend)
1-2 years of proven experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products
Senior/Tech lead experience where they've guided the technical decision making for an AI product
Strong experience at high growth SaaS startups
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Front-end: Typescript, React, Next.js
Back-end: Supabase, Postgres
Preferred
Bonus: fluency in NextJS + React + Typescript stack, comfortable making UX decisions
Bonus: you have iterated on a product through evals & CI/CD
Bonus: also excellent at communicating with AI (prompting)
Experience in legal/financial tech
