They are seeking a senior full-stack engineer who will architect and develop core platform features, working closely with product and design to deliver meaningful value.

Responsibilities

Design and build robust backend services and APIs that power AI-driven features
Develop secure, intuitive frontend experiences that make complex AI feel simple and trustworthy
Architect scalable data pipelines using vector search, embeddings, and event-driven systems
Integrate and productionize LLM-based services (closed + open-source) with cost, latency, and reliability in mind
Implement testing, monitoring, and observability to ensure performance and reliability
Work with product on experiments, feature discovery, and fast iteration
Mentor teammates and help shape engineering best practices as the team grows
Stay current on LLM tools, evaluation, and safety — and help us adopt them thoughtfully

Required

6+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience building production web applications end-to-end
Solid frontend experience with React / Next.js (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and authorization
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) including schema design and migrations
Experience with caching and queues (e.g., Redis, background jobs)
Familiarity with cloud-native systems (containers, serverless, managed services)
Experience working closely with product and design
Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into shippable features
Comfortable mentoring others and raising the engineering bar
Built and shipped conversational AI systems (multi-turn, real-time interactions)
Worked with NLP/NLU/NLG techniques to handle complex user queries
Implemented vector search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) across real datasets
Designed or contributed to systems that improved personalization and recommendations

Experience working in early-stage startups or building MVPs from scratch
