Lead and develop finance and accounting teams, fostering performance and growth
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain robust internal controls
Manage asset/liability strategies, liquidity, investments, and risk policies
Drive month-end close, board reporting, and support annual audits and tax filings
Conduct financial and KPI analysis to identify trends and optimize performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting leadership within a financial institution
Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial systems
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
