Thorough understanding of Duck Creek Policy Administration and/or Billing: including all components (Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)

Ability to work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements

Required

Thorough understanding of Duck Creek Policy Administration and/or Billing: including all components (Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)

Ability to work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements

Development of custom Duck Creek solutions via ManuScript configuration

Assist the project team in the planning and design approaches such that the future capabilities meet the functional and technical strategies of the client

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

12–13 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations

Deep hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules

Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, tools, and deployment models

Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server)

Insurance domain expertise in P&C workflows, rating, underwriting, and claims processing

3+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on enterprise applications

Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Skins, Page Configuration, and Themes

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Familiarity with ASP.NET, C#, and XML
