Responsibilities

Act as the single regulatory point of contact for Direct to Scheme (D2S), streamlining engagement and governance

Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, including Phase 2 planning and execution

Manage local regulatory advice for scheme connections and Phase 2 build-out

Manage license application preparation, readiness assessments and guidance

Support regulator and scheme operator engagements

Consolidate obligations across schemes to optimize sequencing and leverage lessons learned

Coordinate with local counsel and compliance while owning all deliverables

Create global documentation for D2S regulatory strategy to ensure smooth transition post-contract

Required

Candidates must be able to work full-time

Ideally the work will be performed on-site for 3 days per week in London. Secondly the preference would be for someone on-site in NYC. However, company is open to fully remote

Company's preferred pricing model is monthly with a budget of $16,000 - $17,500 USD per month

Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement

You should state your bid in USD, and account for any potential taxes and exchange rate fluctuations when doing so; your rate will be set at the start of the engagement and will not fluctuate month to month
