Responsibilities
Design and develop visually compelling content for:
Social media (static graphics, carousels, light animation)
Email campaigns and digital newsletters
Internal and external PowerPoint presentations
Website visuals (no development required)
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute cohesive campaigns
Support the visual aspect of social media strategy and planning
Translate business objectives and complex concepts into engaging visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in graphic and digital design
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design work across digital platforms
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
Advanced PowerPoint design skills (templates, animations, formatting)
Experience with social media content creation and platform-specific best practices
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital branding
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team
Preferred
Experience contributing to social media growth and engagement initiatives
Familiarity with basic web design principles (HTML/CSS not required)
Motion graphics or light video editing capabilities
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
