Business Administration Apprentice
The Growth Company is seeking a dedicated Business Administration Apprentice to support their administration, customer service, and quality functions. The role involves being the main point of contact for clients, managing office administration tasks, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Be main point of contact for clients entering the centre and directing them to the correct course
Support Quality staff with generation and issuing of certificates and registration cards
Office administration such as printing and scanning documents, answering the phone, photocopying and managing incoming and outgoing post
Building Portfolios for clients and assisting in the transition to electronic presentations and online learning
Ensuring clients have a positive experience of their time at 3t
Ensuing client and apprentice lunch requirements are correctly communicated and invoiced to the right client in a timely manner
Manage allocation of Rooms and Pool cars for training staff
Qualification
Required
GCSE Maths & English A-C/9-4
Good communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude to dealing with people
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team
