Responsibilities
Lead development and adaptation of quality measures
Support documentation of measure specifications
Oversee and interpret analysis of complex datasets
Design methodologies for scoring APM participants
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
PhD in a quantitative field (Economics, Public Health) with 3+ years experience or Master's with 7+ years
Experience in statistical inference methods application
Proven ability in developing proposals for federal agencies
Background in quality measures development for federal programs
Experience with large datasets involving patient-reported outcomes
