Lead and inspire a team of direct support professionals to provide outstanding care

Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and fulfilling home environment

Coordinate individualized care plans that promote independence and personal growth

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain high-quality standards

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Pass MN DHS Background Study

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and basic computer use

EducationExperience (Must meet ONE of the following): Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field and 1 year of full-time work experience, Associate's degree in a human services-related field and 2 years of full-time work experience, Diploma in a human services-related field and 3 years of full-time work experience, 50+ hours of human services-related training and 4 years of full-time work experience under supervision (Experience must include direct care services for individuals with disabilities or seniors aged 65+)
