Responsibilities
Operating personally, managing the workshop, keeping it in order and safe conditions
Manage the showroom, assisting the sales team during presentations, keeping the room clean and orderly and safe for all visitors
Assist the team in organizing exhibitions, as far as technical issues are concerned, personal presence must be guaranteed at the booth the duration of the show that Tecnicam is exhibiting at
Visits and planned maintenance or FATs to customers’ sites, approx. 30% of the time is expected to be travelling time
Assist the sales team in defining costs; timeframe to carry out the projects from a technical point of view, in constant touch with the factories at CAM
Travelling for training purposes to our global factories and to assist at FATs or SATs whenever requested
Keeping friendly, constant and proactive contacts with maintenance engineers at the customers’ sites to provide feedback to the team
