Responsibilities

Build and improve a state-level capacity model for clinical licensure and workforce metrics
Conduct analysis to support care delivery initiatives
Define metrics and KPIs for care delivery effectiveness
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for data insights
Define operational processes for scalable reporting
Collaborate with care delivery and clinical stakeholders to enhance data visibility
Work across teams including data science and strategic finance

Qualification

Advanced SQLExcel modelingTableauAnalytics experienceOrganizational skillsAttention to detailSelf-starter

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology or related field
7+ years of analytics experience
Advanced SQL skills
Expert level Excel modeling and data manipulation skills
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tool
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable self-starter capable of working independently
