Responsibilities
Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Serve as the technical accounting subject matter expert
Oversee key accounting areas including revenue recognition, consolidations, lease and purchase accounting
Develop, implement, and enforce global accounting policies and procedures
Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to executive leadership
Supervise, mentor, and develop a global accounting team
Lead special projects in partnership with the CFO and executive team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
CPA required
Deep experience with technical accounting (revenue recognition, consolidations, leases, purchase accounting)
Proven experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Accounting or Finance preferred
Prior public accounting experience strongly preferred
SaaS/Technology industry experience desired
