Client Lead & Relation Specialist

The Client Lead & Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in generating and managing leads to bolster sales and marketing efforts while enhancing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying prospective customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, and networking events
Responsible for initiating contact with the prospects via cold calls or through email to introduce the company’s product or services
Responsible for both evaluating the prospects interest level in becoming a customer and securing a meeting with a Business Development Representative
Responsible for entering data into NetSuite and other sales-related platforms
Support and collaborate with the Business Development Team to move prospective customers through the sales process
Perform other duties as assigned
Support the Sales Team by re-engaging inactive customers to rekindle interest and encourage them to resume their relationship with the company
Support the Sales Team by providing updates to our customers regarding new products or services
Support the Sales Team by conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or client relations preferred
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, and business development highly valued preferred
CRM/ERP experience software preferred
Prior experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred
