Responsibilities
Support financial models for business case analysis & decision support
Maintain monthly reporting model updates including variance analysis
Provide business unit price desk and operational support
Support the Manager of Finance as a financial business partner
Calculate return on investment, multiple on invested capital, and internal rate of return
Develop a strong understanding of the industry and how business operations affect financial performance
Own the monthly reporting and variance analysis for multiple projects
Work closely with various business partners to review and create accurate reporting and narratives for executive leadership
Maintain operational expense models and publish quarterly reporting
Ensure accurate operating expense forecasts are applied in financial models
Engage in preconstruction budget reviews to ensure quality control of model inputs
Support comparative reporting of budget estimates across projects
Facilitate variance narratives for business cases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
Financial experience preferred; preferably in investment banking, private equity or for a private equity-backed company
Prior experience in a data center is preferred
Financial modeling skills and business case experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
Ability to provide both internal and external customer service
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must pass a comprehensive background screening
