Drive growth in a high-visibility category where innovation in energy savings, controls, and sustainability is accelerating faster than ever
Your influence will reach across municipalities, universities, DOTs, and major commercial customers—impacting large-scale spaces used by thousands every day
You’ll be the go-to expert for our sales teams and agents, guiding solutions that differentiate Genlyte from every competitor
Identify new opportunities, open doors with key decision-makers, and shape long-term strategic direction
Work with best-in-class technology and a market-leading portfolio with unmatched brand reputation
Qualification
Required
Proven success in Outdoor lighting, infrastructure, or related solution-selling
Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in competitive markets
Skilled communicator who builds trust with agents, distributors, and end users
Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear customer value
5+ years of experience related to Sales in the Lighting or adjacent industries with similar GTM models
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or direct work experience in lieu of a degree
