Responsibilities

Partner with designers to develop innovative floral concepts and detailed production plans
Create and maintain floral recipe books and sample displays to support marketing efforts
Inspect all incoming flowers and materials to ensure premium quality standards are met
Lead and support the floral production team through pre-production planning and onsite event execution
Coordinate with event producers and vendors to manage timelines, staffing, and logistics
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy within the floral studio
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating floral department personnel
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times

Qualification

Required

At least 3 years of experience in floral design combined with event production management
Expert knowledge of floral design techniques including large-scale installations and mechanics
Proven leadership ability managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences through design excellence
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events

Preferred

Established network of freelance floral designers for scalable project support
Experience managing complex fieldwork during large-scale events
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
