Maintain visitor lists and logs

Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property

Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces

Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request

Follow up on maintenance work orders

Required

One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position
