Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena. They are seeking a part-time Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

Responsibilities

Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment

Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment

Orders parts and maintains inventory

Safely operates small power tools and other maintenance tools

Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner

Reviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the Manager

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position

Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties

Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades

Must possess a valid driver's license

No college degree required

Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
