Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead, Lending

They are seeking a Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead to support their U.S. Retail Lending business by bridging the gap between product marketing and sales enablement, creating high-quality content, and driving sales success.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure Sales and Pre-Sales teams are confident in positioning and demonstrating our lending solutions
Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning sessions focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and objection handling
Promote Salesforce hygiene by reinforcing best practices and aligning messaging within CRM workflows
Own the creation of compelling, accurate, and audience-specific content including product sheets, sales decks, website copy, and internal guides
Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored to U.S. financial institutions
Ensure consistency of messaging across all sales and marketing channels
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and updates
Lead internal launch communications and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the right materials
Gather feedback from Sales and clients to refine messaging and inform product development
Facilitate user groups and feedback loops to ensure our solutions meet market needs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related roles within the U.S. banking or fintech sector
Deep understanding of U.S. retail lending, compliance, and commercial/consumer banking workflows
Proven ability to train and enable sales teams, with a focus on practical application and measurable outcomes
Strong experience with Salesforce and a commitment to maintaining CRM hygiene and data quality
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—able to write and present with clarity, professionalism, and impact
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across departments
