Responsibilities
Own cost and inventory accounting using actual (by-lot) costing
Lead and develop a small accounting team (2–3 people)
Run month-end close (~5 days) and improve speed and efficiency
Analyze manufacturing and inventory data and deliver clear insights
Partner with operations on controls, data accuracy, and reporting
Improve processes and increase automation
Maintain strong internal controls and accounting compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Manufacturing accounting experience with inventory exposure
Strong technical accounting foundation
Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets
Learns fast, adapts quickly, and takes on increasing responsibility
Preferred
Power BI or similar tools
Spanish
Experience improving manual or semi-manual processes
