Responsibilities
Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
Partner with leaders and managers on coaching, guidance, and day-to-day people matters
Own and improve core HR operations (policies, documentation, HRIS administration, and employee communications)
Support recruiting and hiring processes as needed
Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance for a distributed workforce
Lead and execute HR projects to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an HRBP/HR Generalist/People Ops role
Ability to independently manage a broad range of HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong judgment, discretion, and experience handling confidential matters
Excellent communication and organizational skills in a remote environment
