Responsibilities

Financial Analyst will provide support for financial analysts resolving impediments or issues that arise
Develop, review and consolidate financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes for finance manager to review
Monitor and analyze actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions for management intra-month
Analyze financial performance and provide insights, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement for finance manager to review
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financials for critical projects outside of the financial analyst responsibilities as defined by leadership
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards

Preferred

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and technology project management is a plus
SAP/BOBJ reporting knowledge is a plus
