Responsibilities
Lead data conversion strategy and execution for Workday implementations
Analyze legacy data and define transformation and cleansing rules
Execute data loads using EIBs and conversion tools
Validate converted data and resolve discrepancies
Partner with functional teams to ensure data readiness and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
Experience supporting Workday data conversions
Strong data analysis and validation skills
Experience with EIBs and reporting
Preferred
Workday Data Conversion Certification
