Responsibilities

Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and fund accounting principles

Monitor and report on restricted and unrestricted funds

Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and compliance

Support annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors

Collaborate with program and development teams to ensure proper expense allocations

Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
